Mission Briefing: Waste is a crime against our planet, and we are the investigators on the scene! Students from Greece, Serbia, Italy, Romania, and the Czech Republic have joined forces to track down food waste in our schools.
The Challenge: Find the Evidence: Take photos of food being thrown away in your school. Consult the Experts: Look at the "Evidence" from your partner country. Solve the Case: Don't let that food go to waste!
Write a "Rescue Tip" to suggest a delicious way to reuse, recycle, or reinvent those leftovers. One planet, five countries, and zero room for waste. Let’s get to work, Detectives!
Welcome, Detectives! Follow these steps to complete your international mission. Check them off as you go!
STEP 1: Find the Evidence 📸
Locate Waste: Look for food being thrown away.
Take a Photo: Take a clear picture of the "crime scene" (the wasted food).
Upload: Click the (+) in YOUR country's column and upload the photos.
Add a Report: Under the photo, write:
Item: (e.g., "Two brown bananas")
Reason: (e.g., "They looked too soft to eat")
STEP 2: The International Rescue 💡
Find Your Partner: Go to your assigned partner country’s column (check the list below!).
Analyze: Find a photo from your partners that doesn't have a "Rescue Tip" yet.
Solve the Case: Click the (+) or Text button directly under their photo.
Write your Tip: Start with: "RESCUE TIP from [Your Country]: You could use this to make..."
STEP 3: Review & React 🌍
Check Your Results: Go back to your own column. Read the tips your foreign friends left for you!
React: Use an emoji (👍, ❤️, or 😋) to show your partners what you think of their idea.
